Nandi Hills - 2011

This is my second visit to Nandi hills. Missed Sunrise first time. This time we were cloooseeee.. Again missed the sunrise... :( But Sure, had a great time. So, here is my experience.
Surise...
వెనక రవి, ముందు చైతన్య [ తమ్ముడి పేరు చైతన్య]

Whoa...., what an experience!!! we sat there at the sunrise point for about 2 hours with out a word/thought of moving away. The cool breeze surrounding everyone, and the plants dancing to the tunes. We sitting on the edge of the hill, listening to the tunes, feeling the plants, grass and the sands in our hands and the warmth of the sun above..... BAS!!! behtein gayen...... Hum uss fizaavon mein... :)

It is when I sat on the hard rocky hill and looked back at the sizzling sun, I got this naughty thought.... "Shoot him!!" :D
My best shots with Sun ever....

After the photo shoot, we found that one of our teammates is missing!! We went in search and found him in solitude, lying on his back on the rock under the hot sun. [fed-up with our breaks every now and then for our photo shoots :P]

We joined him and woke him from his deep sleep. We exchanged a word and got to know that his trial to meditate took him to a deep sleep :P
We were lost in our chat this way and that is when we noticed BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZing sound. When we lifted our heads, we see hundreds of Honey beeeeeezzzzzz!!!!

Scared, me and my friend didnt understand what to do. That moment heard an instruciton from bro... "Lie down facing the ground." Without a second thought we did it. For few minutes, We were lying there calm, with buzzing beeez passing above us.

Never had an experience with bees before. Without bro, I would have definitely got at least one sting. Thanks bro...

Once the buzzing stopped, we got up, looked at each others faces and started laughing. :)

After a small conversation section, we moved on...

Ok, Hungry.... now. Went back took breakfast and then continued the walk.

The paths 'never' taken.
I forced others to take such paths all through.... and they were fed-up with my idiotic stupidity :P
Finally we took this path, but the tree you see in the photograph stood right on our way, not leaving any place for us to move ahead. As already my pals were half scared with the creepy sounds from the bushes, they asked me to get back. :D
One such idiotic request to take a less walked path led us to the birth place of the river Arkavati.
This hills is supposed to be the birth place of 6 rivers... This is one such.

There are many more things to tell..
My friend Ravi doing  his PhD in aeronautics, is keen on observing the birds and fish about their movements in fluids. We observed the swimming techniques of fishes in a pond. One of those fishes was displaying very unique trends caught our eye. And when we were deep immersed in the fish act.. Something fishy happened around. A monkey came very close to me and scared me to a cry :P. Then Tipu's guest house etc.

hmmm.... Dil bhaareee... when its time to leave this place.  Sure, I would visit it again!!!

On the way back, we had bajjis. Thanks to Ravi and visited Mokshagundam Visweswarayya's birth place. GREAT to see his belongings, his awards, his works in pictures and his letters to ppl and viceversa. All Goosebumps, no words!! Then visited his Samadhi.

It felt great to see the place he was born and brought up. A place by the side of a hill, very close to natural beauty. Felt nice to imagine how his childhood would have been. Could not grab any pictures in this place. May be next time!

Thanks for reading. :)

Charlotte's web - :D

A Charlotte's web - :D

Came across this spider web in IISc campus.
It is built in a tree's trunk, where the trunk separated into two heavy branches. This space is horizontal and just about 3 ft high from the ground.

The spider wove the web between the branches.

No Gravitation - Layers of fallen leaves floating in the arena..

The woven web looked like a ceiling when seen from one side.

Is this a black hole?, an opening to a parallel universe!!! :)

Opening of the spider's Den... :D
When we were trying to capture this artistic living place, me and my friend noticed that the spider moved fast into this hole and then disappearing....

Fallen leaves look as if they are hanging in the air...

Dance in the skies...

When whirl winds dance in the bright sunny skies..., a kite and a jet plane on flight.
